Your 40th Class Reunion picnic will be held on Sunday, July 21st, from 11am to 11pm at the new Lakefront Lodge just east of the Whitehouse Lodge. The Lakefront Lodge overlooks the pier and lake, includes an open air pavilion, and has a huge outdoor grill and a firepit! Bring your camp chairs! Tickets to the main event will INCLUDE your admission to the Sunday picnic at Webster Park the following day. If you are attending the Sat. main event at Carey Lake, you do not need these tickets!!! This ticket group is for people who choose to attend the picnic only at a very low rate of $15 for class member, and $10 for each guest. Children under 10 will be free, but we cannot guarantee an appropriate atmosphere for children as this is an adult event. Please use discretion when considering bringing children along.
There is no early bird discount for the "picnic only" option. There will also be no portion of the Sat. main event ticket cost refunded for anyone choosing not to attend the picnic on Sunday. Picnic admission bracelets will be issued to those attending the Sat. main event and to those purchasing Sunday only tickets. Your bracelet is your admission to the picnic! We will also sell them on short notice to walk-ups that didn't purchase in advance online, but don't wait until the last second!
This is a BYOB event! We agreed this would be the best way to make sure everyone has their favorite beverage. This event is not catered. We will have the Bay Vista Taqueria food truck onsite from 3pm to 7pm.
